Simply Personalised Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Simply Personalised, we strive to provide you with unique and high-quality personalized products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we will gladly accept returns and provide a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • There is an error in the personalization due to our mistake.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at simplypersonalised@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photographs of the defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return request and inspect the photos, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly personalized item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team at simplypersonalised@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the item.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without any charges. After 24 hours, if production has started, cancellations are not possible. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at Info@simplypersonalised.com as soon as possible.

6. Exceptions

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items personalized as per customer specifications (unless damaged or defective).
  • Gift cards.

7. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
